Our Refund Policy

• Any trip cancellation not done via our Cancellation My Reservation section must be made in writing by email through our Contact Us Form.
• All 'Economy' rides are non-refundable if cancelled.
• If we receive your cancellation request more than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup time, we offer a 100% money back guarantee.
• If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, but less than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, a cancellation charge of 25% will be applied to the cost of the initial booking.
• No monies will be refunded for cancellations received less than 24 hours from the scheduled time of the transfer you wish to cancel.
• Refunds are paid within 14 days
