Cancel My Reservation

We hate to see you go, but we do understand that travel plans may sometimes change. We aim to ensure that the cancellation of your reservation is easy and stress-free.

Trip cancellations have become much simpler and you can now preview any applicable charges instantly. If you prefer to modify your reservation instead, please use our Contact Us Form.

Our cancellation terms are established out of respect for our team’s time and our clients’ needs. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice, or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule a particular service.

Cancellations By You

  • We understand that your travel plans may change and that cancellations can occur. Just let us know as soon you recognise that you will be unable to travel with us and we will take care of it.
  • Submit your cancellation request below before your scheduled trip with us and your request will be processed.
  • Any other changes to your transfer details (e.g. flight delays, number of passengers, luggage etc.) must be requested through the Contact Us Form, prior to the date of travel as they may incur an additional cost and will not take effect until we have confirmed with you by email.

    We reserve the right to cancel any reservation where these steps are not taken and a 50% non-refundable trip charge will be applied.

  • You will be billed the total cost of your scheduled trip if you fail to cancel your reservation, or are a “no-show”.

Cancellations By Us

In rare instances we may need to cancel your ride. In such circumstances you will receive a 100% refund (which will be paid within 14 days), but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation. We will, however, use all reasonable efforts to attempt to find suitable alternatives for any confirmed booking subsequently cancelled by us.

No-Shows

If you don't cancel your reservation and fail to show up for your transfer you will be charged 100% of the cost of the original service. In the event that you miss three consecutive transfers without contacting us, you will be unable to schedule future reservations with us.

Late Client Policy

We understand that disruptions to your travel plans are possible. If for any reason you will be late by 15 or more minutes for your scheduled appointment, please let us know via our Contact Us Form or reach out to the chauffeur directly.

We work very hard to schedule adequate time for each transfer. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting other clients' schedules that day. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day or performed in full. Tardiness may require rescheduling your transfer for another day.
